Lean meats, fish, turkey and chicken are protein rich. Beans, lentils, grains, nuts and seeds are also rich in protein. If hard, use a protein shake instead of one of the day's portions of proteins.
Fruit and vegetables are also helpful for six pack abs. They keep your body healthy. Fruits and vegetables will also strengthen your immune system. One third of all you eat should be from this group of food. Try to use different vegetables and fruits, but also embrace your favorites.
