Summer is upon us and it is the perfect time to get lean and in shape. In this email I want to share with you my personal method for getting in shape and staying that way year round
I will discuss the three stages
Stage 1 is aerobics!
Yes I know many people can’t stand it and I was no exception to this rule, until I found spinning! Spinning exercise or riding on a stationary bike is not only powerfully effective at burning fat (I burn 900 calories in 50 minutes) it is also fun and challenging!
I can’t show you how to perform the right spinning exercise here because your best bet is to join a spinning exercise class or get your own spin bike with a video. But I will show you the best way to use spinning exercises to slice of body fat
The best way to burn fat with spinning is to do interval training. What is interval training is when you sprint or run or cycle fast/ intensely for 2 minutes and then lower (reduce the speed and intensity) for a certain interval and then repeat the process.. interval training usually last for 40-50 minutes
Doing interval training burns far more calories than regular aerobics and also increases your metabolic rate-so you will burn fat even after you finish exercising and at rest
The best frequency of interval training is 4 days a week is all you need if you are 20 pounds overweight- 50 minutes a shot
If you are over 30 pounds overweight perform a low intensity (don’t do interval training in the beginning) spinning exercise session 5 days a week
if you really want to drop 10-12 lbs in a 2 week period then spin (interval training) twice a day for 2 weeks (5 days a week), I call this the emergency fat loss session and it should not be used longer than 2 weeks-as it will lead to overtraining.
Want to make spinning twice as effective and get your body to burn fat at an accelerated pace even whiles you sleep! Then add the FastMuscles program to your schedule
Why? For one it requires very little training, so you wont feel tired or over trained-you can then use all your extra energy on spinning and burning fat.
Third stage – Nutrition! If you do things right –you will not need a special diet! Simply eat clean foods and stay away from the fried and fatty foods.
