Trying to get a bigger butt can sometimes seem like an impossible thing to do. Especially when you're not sure what you could do to make it bigger. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some effective tips that will help you get a bigger butt.

That way, you'll love the way you booty looks.

The tips on getting a bigger booty are:

1. The first thing you can do that will help you is do fitness exercises. This consist of doing pilates, aerobics, kickboxing, jogging on a treadmill, or using a stair master. You should do these particular exercises at least three times a week. You don't have to do all of them. Just a couple that you really like.

2. Another great way to get a bigger butt is to eat healthy meals. This will help you tone up your tummy and help you with your booty. Some of the foods that you could eat includes lean meats, lean fish, whole wheat breads and pastas, fruits, nuts, and veggies. Also, you should eat every couple of hours.

3. The third thing you can do to get a bigger butt is weight train. Some of the weight training exercises that you should do includes doing lunges, squats, and leg presses. You should do 3 sets of 15 reps with these exercises.

Also, you should do step-ups, hip extensions, and glute knee-ups. These are really weight training exercises, but they will help you with your butt. You should do these exercises at one to two times a week.
