Do not take steroids, drugs or other harmful products which is not good for your health. As beginners you might be tempted to have them to gain quick muscles but these products have side effects which affect your health in long run. Do not stress your muscles initially by doing vigorous exercises and go for a gradual muscle gain. Avoid having those products which slows down your muscle gain.
