Here they are:
Aid 1: Workout gloves and a belt
Yes, this is so simple, and yet, you see many people who do not use these. A good set of workout gloves and a belt help you train safer and also increase the amount of weight that you can handle. They are not obligatory, but they are definitely a great help.

True, these would not achieve your success on their own, but they will greatly help you to achieve the goals you are after.
