So you want to learn how to build chest muscles eh?
Okay tell you what…I'm going to give you the low-down on how to do just that! See, the methods I'm about to share will help you develop a nice set of pecs in just a few months, but I have to warn you though…
It's not going to be easy. You're going to have to work hard…but if you keep at it for at least 3 months, you will see encouraging results!
So are you ready to boogey? Okay, let's begin…
How to build chest muscles guideline No.1
First, let's talk about workout routines for building your chest muscles. If you want those pecs to develop as quickly as possible, then I suggest you pick free weight exercises like parallel-bar dips, push-ups and of course the classic flat dumbbell/barbell bench press as your bread and butter.
And don't forget other variations of the standard bench press! Specifically, the incline and decline bench press.
These exercises are vital for the overall development of your pec muscles so from time to time, incorporate them into your chest training routines.
Another thing I want to mention is exercise form. This is very important. See, when I first started lifting weights, I'd pile up the weights (ego mode) and ended up training sloppily.
Listen, you won't get results if you train sloppy. Yes, you have to lift heavy to stimulate pec growth but your form has to be tight as well.
How heavy should I go?
Well, the general rule of thumb is like this… Increase the poundage if you can lift more than 8 reps and lower it if you're unable to go for more than 5 reps.
Important: Blast your chest no more than once per week. That one session should be intense enough to SPARK growth in your pecs. Resting and eating well will make them grow big.
How to build chest muscles guideline No.2
Exercises alone won't help you build muscles. You also must eat right and feeding your muscles with proper nutrients. You have to eat frequently every day. Take 6 high-protein meals a day– each meal spaced 3 or 4 hours apart.
And don't forget to take in plenty of water to shuttle nutrients into your muscles.
Trust me, these 2 guidelines on how to build chest muscles will work for you. Your next step…get more free in-depth muscle-building reports, tactics and tips by clicking your way to this site: http://www.weightgainmusclebuilding.info
